Source scripts and graphics must be clear and decipherable. Cross-check is time consuming and
　　　　delays translation work.?Special attention should be paid to Chinese fluency and logic. Obscure
　　　　expression of language leads to ambiguity and impacts quality and speed of translation.

　　　Except for special requirement, format of target document follows that of source document or adopts
　　　　conventional ways.

　　　Ideally submitted documents are final ones. Once translation commences, any revision, addition or
　　　　deletion will interfere with working process. Charges still apply when clients require to delete certain
　　　　parts, which however have been translated.

　　　For accuracy and efficiency, reference materials can be provided, which might be past translated works,
　　　　special terms, business letters etc.

　　　Given the complex and time-consuming nature of translation,
　　　　maximum time should be preplanned. Generally, one senior
　　　　translator can finish 2-3 thousand words in one day (review work
　　　　included). “Emergency” should be noted for emergent work
　　　　and we will try to finish within required time.。

　　　We assume no responsibility for contents, use, direct and
　　　　indirect outcome of translated work.

　　　Please fill clearly contract and consignment form which are of
　　　　legal liability. Please provide information of format, binding,
　　　　storage requirements in corresponding spaces.

　　　Our work is based on original documents provided when consignment form or contract are signed.

　　　We are only responsible for accuracy of translation, and assume no responsibility for source, contents
　　　　and use of original documents.

　　　We keep all source and target documents confidential. Confidential agreement can be signed on
　　　　client’s requirement with specific measures included.

　　　Trial translation of no more than 300 words can be made.

　　　Payment can be made in cash, cheque, or banking remittance. We accept currencies of RMB, US$,
　　　　Euro, Pound, HK $. For first time consignment, payment concurs along with project. Monthly payment
　　　　applies to regular clients.
